Severe Leaks In St. Augustine Residence – Diagnosed & Fixed
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Home owner located in St. Augustine Beach had several leaks entering his home. After a inspection we determined the leaks were coming from the roof, wall abutment, third story balcony and second story balcony. This project consisted of:
- Custom flashing work at facia, roof abutment, and third story balcony.
- New second floor balcony w/ tapered joists.
- Modified bitumen membrane & sleep system.
